Harsh Translink provides corporate transportation, employee mobility, airport transfers, event transportation and related services across Pune and surrounding regions, subject to availability and prior confirmation.
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Bookings are confirmed only upon acceptance of the quotation and confirmation from our operations team. Final fares may vary with route changes, waiting time, tolls and permits as notified.
Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup. Monthly and dedicated-fleet contracts follow the terms specified in the individual service agreement.
Corporate clients may be offered credit terms subject to agreement. All applicable taxes, tolls and state permits are billed as per the agreed terms. GST invoices are provided for all corporate bookings.
Clients must provide accurate pickup locations and contact details, and ensure passengers comply with safety guidelines. Damages caused by client negligence to vehicles or property are chargeable.
While we maintain comprehensive insurance and rigorous safety standards, Harsh Translink's liability is limited to the terms of our insurance policies and applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
